2-4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Rush orders (under 2 weeks) may be possible depending on current workload—contact us to discuss.
For projects in Mallorca and nearby islands, we prefer on-site visits for accuracy. For mainland Spain and international orders, we guide you through the measurement process with detailed instructions and photo requirements.
Primary service area: Balearic Islands. We also ship throughout Spain and select EU countries. International shipping available on request—contact us for rates.
Clean with mild soap and water—no machine washing needed for Stamoid materials. Hose down monthly, air dry completely. Store in a dry, ventilated space when not in use. Full care instructions included with delivery.
5-year coverage on materials and craftsmanship. Covers fabric degradation, seam failure, and hardware defects under normal use. Each order includes a warranty certificate. Contact us for claims—we aim to resolve issues within 7 days.
